Cách giữ consistency — 5 tactic cốt lõi
Quy tắc 2 phút. Ngày bận quá thì chỉ cần làm 2 phút (1 đoạn podcast, 1 câu tự nói). Quan trọng là KHÔNG bỏ ngày nào — chuỗi gãy là não coi như được nghỉ.
Không học dồn cuối tuần. 7 ngày × 15 phút hiệu quả hơn 1 ngày × 2 tiếng rất nhiều. Não cần ngủ giữa các session để chuyển vocab passive → active.
Track visible. In tờ lịch tháng, mỗi ngày học đánh ✓. Khi nhìn thấy chuỗi 10 ngày liên tục, não sẽ tự muốn duy trì (Seinfeld method).
Habit stacking. Ghép việc học với việc đã làm sẵn — đánh răng → nghe podcast, ăn sáng → đọc 1 bài. Não không phải “quyết định” mỗi ngày.
1 nguồn × 3 tháng. Đừng nhảy BBC → CNN → TED mỗi tuần. Stick với 1 nguồn ít nhất 3 tháng để não quen accent + style.
